Defining the extent of existing on-site wetlands is often the foremost step in determining the value and/or use of a particular land parcel in Florida. O.C. Reedy Associates, Inc. has local and regional experience in determining the presence of hydric soils, identifying wetland vegetative species, and defining surface and subsurface hydrologic conditions. We also have experience with site design renderings, details, specifications, and cost estimates for mitigation. Further, we have working relationships with local regulatory agencies for purposes of obtaining permits related to single or multi-family developments.
